A couple years of chicken litter would explain the soil test values. Looks to me, like in the university data they still see a yield response with high soil test values, but not surprising, after seeing the plant leaf analysis levels below optimum here, with high inputs. Your lab probably uses the same extractant procedure, as the UMass lab, that is pretty typical if it is a in your region. (If youre sending them to the midwest, they may use different procedures) But the will classify the values a little differently (HI/Med?Low), and make their recommendations a little differently. But the lab analysis values should be similar (the actual number). Good luck.
