My phone has been ringing off the wall the last three weeks to vac out bins due to plugged sumps . The sad part is 3/4ths of the call are from elevators , the grain storage experts .

Oh GNDFARMS, on a bin that size I'd recommend setting an auger in a hopper under the door and if you have a decent sized hole in it , the 4 inch or larger, run the corn out there . It's easier to unclog the door hole and to stay out of the mold when standing on the ground . If the hole is non-existant or too small , get out a sawz-all those flat door panels repair a lot easier than your lungs . and once it quits running out the door the chunks should be gone and you can turn on the center sump and run normally .
