We built small pyramids that fit over the center sump of all our grain bins to prevent 'chunks' plugging at the bottom. It is made up of a rebar frame and allows anything the size of a fist thru, but blocks larger pieces.
If a chunk stops at the pyramid, the force of flowing grain slowly breaks it down to make it thru and out into the truck.
