Subject: Any good reason to NOT use synthetic motor oil in a stand-by generator?



Chebanse, IL.....

Seems like running synthetic in something like an air-cooled stand-by generator would be a good idea...right? Any reason to NOT run synthetic in one? I think mfg calls for synthetic for sub-zero temp operations.
