Heat oven to 250 then shut oven off. Place phone on a cookie sheet and put in oven for 5-10 minutes. My wife did this on a phone that the 3 yr old dunked in a cup of water and it came back to life. Keep an eye on it I did it to a razor w/ the digital screen and smoked the front screen, but I at least was able to get numbers off.
