Because, US Cellular does not use SIM cards. All network information and contacts are kept on the phone itself.
If you're with Chariton Valley or AT&T/Tmobile or anything similar, you should be able to take you're SIM card into the phone shop and get the numbers pulled off of it and into a new SIM. | |
