If you're with US Cellular it's a good bet that you're numbers are lost (provided that the phone is hosed)
Because, US Cellular does not use SIM cards. All network information and contacts are kept on the phone itself.

If you're with Chariton Valley or AT&T/Tmobile or anything similar, you should be able to take you're SIM card into the phone shop and get the numbers pulled off of it and into a new SIM.
