All what you say is true. I'm a grain farmer but have a small cow/calf herd to remind me how much I like grain farming :-). I think there are alot of us that are concerned for the ranchers. The last thing we want to see is the end of the multi-generation cow operations and the grasslands being bought up by people with no ties to agriculture. Good luck on getting the rain that you need.
