| You shouldn't get any more than local harvest price - even if you did have some corn contracted for a higher price. Unless you had 100% of your corn crop contracted, how can you say that contract was specifically for that field? It could've been for any of your fields.
Also like others have said, if you have more bushels contracted than you have on hand, you can always buy corn to fill your contracts. So the applicator/insurance should not have to pay any more than the current local price. Period. Quit trying to screw people over.
