That is normal in the soil testing world. You are talking about well known and well documented sampling + analytical problems. It would be common to split samples sent to the same lab and to get different results. If you (or your consultant for that matter) don't know how to deal with these issues, your data is essentially worthless. Now, you send one set of samples to one lab. How bad is your data?
