Well Ed, I don't live near them so they don't bother me much

But when you are up there outside filling the planter or whatever they are sort of annoying.  The blades makes sort of a "wooshing" sound and it is almost like being in the city, it is never calm. 

Now there is another noise that they make when a blade is cracked which I made a video of:

Now this noise is very very annoying and you can easier here it up at the bulding site on that farm which is about a quarter mile up the hill.  They actually had to replace all of the blades once on these windmills and some a third time!  There was actually large pieces of them coming off and flying out into the field!

As for problems farming around them, they just mess with the gps sometimes it all.  Read my post right above this one and you should get some more ideas.
