Ground looks nice and black, the only black land we have here in North Alabama is gumbo clay, it only works good for 30 minutes of the year and that is during lunch time. Wilson

We had 100% no-till beans this year and I think we will keep it that way.  We ended up biting the bullet and got a really nice no-till drill.  It really saves a ton of fuel and we have not seen any yield advantages when you do tillage for beans.

We are about 1/3 beans and 2/3 corn with some hay mixed in there as well. That field there should be corn on corn and I think it will be in the future.  Alot of our beans are planted on HEL ground so we have to no-till anyway. I don't know why but we just can't grow very good beans like we used to.

Thanks for the questions and comments I always enjoy them!
