Belmont WI | I custom plant for a neighbor. Today he said he wants to plant a special silage corn that is non traited. It will be corn on corn. I bought new planter a couple of years ago and only put 4 rows of insecticide on 16 row planter. So dry insecticide isn't an option. I do put liquid starter in row. What else is there to contol root worms? I have no idea what will control the weeds. I've tried convential there before and when the owner finally gets the bill for a two pass $40/ac program that still isn't that clean.... any ideas? | |
