until the wheat reaches 12" there's not much of a challenge dealing with that residue in the spring. Depends on your experiance with covers I guess and what you want to do. I'd lean to letting the radishes grow even more this fall to take advantage of deeper rooting potential unless you want to take out the wheat now with a grass herbicide like Select.
