Subject: RE: Calculating acres in a field

Before livemaps became bing.com/maps there was a toolbar that had a feature where you could outline the field (or any area) with a boundary and it would calculate and save the acres (in square feet or miles) in a collection for you. I just looked and I see that they removed that toolbar. I used it to determine how to lay off vegetable fields and calculate the acres so I could order the proper amount of seed.

I'm guessing that one would probably need a Bing account to see that feature now. I might log in to Bing sometime to see if that toolbar reappears. When I find out, I'll send you a link via email.

Edit: I looked up Sumner, GA on bing.com/maps and I could see terraces, but the resolution isn't near what it is in my part of the world.
