You are the future of agriculture. That Banker won't have a job in a few years without you. He wants you to be successful. He wants to have a relationship with you. He wants to share with what his successful customers are doing. Invite him out to your farm show him what's going on. Show him you have a plan, that you have pride in what you do, and that you have pride in your operation. He'll want to see the grass mowed. The equipment taken care of not abused. He won't want to see a bunch of junk sitting around. Those are things that say to him his guy cares he has pride in what he's doing. Those things don't cost much but time but makes a lender feel better about you and your operation.
