Hooker Twp,Ne		I planted beans 3xs in April my 55 yr farming life. Every time I’ve said not again. And this year we were tempted again. We didn’t start till May. Few years ago every one was planting beans in rye covercrop. Then spray and kill rye. Unless a fire destroyed the stubble, I don’t see anymore rye cover crop anymore. We just to dry.
