If you have 75% good stand that looks good but 25% is holes, I’d spot it in following old rows if possible.

I spot some corn every year around here. If it’s not where I can square off and replant sections, I just redrive the field. Also a 4 or 6 row 3pt planter is awesome for this. Drive to a hole and just plant it perpendicular if it’s narrow.

I’ve never had the tore up corn or later planted corn out yield the corn I left alone.
