Well same goes for the people that stop in the road and stand to look at something. If you need to stop and look go in the damn booth. The road is for MOVING!!
I don't know maybe I can keep up with traffic, but I never had to "dive" out of the way of a cart. I guess there was alot of them but I never had a problem with them.
