Disabled are more than welcome to a golf cart if they want in my opinion. I'll even let older farmers/couples have one, but not so the whole family can ride. I saw 3 college age guys in a golf cart. No casts, and no crutches. There was one cart that seemed to have excessive exhaust. The little "hover rounds" were not as much as a bother to me.
