What would really happen is that the deadbeat horse owner would take that hay from Josh, and feed it to his horse........  at which point the horse would die.  The deadbeat would then get his lawyer and sue Josh for the loss of value of his high-priced show horse ....... along with multi-million dollar in damages for "pain and suffering" from losing the horse. And the deadbeat walks away a rich dude...... all over a couple a bales of moldy hay.

Nope, I don't think that sounds like a good plan.
