Subject: Different grade.

Back before EPA had to run everything, we stacked red (murate) outside in a pile. Lots of dealers had huge stacks of red just dumped in the parking lot for Spring use. Usually started dumping in Feb and only had outside what would surely be used by end of June. Rest of the year it was kept in storage bins. White was never stored outside. It was/is very water sensitive.

White here was listed as a 0-0-62. Red is 0-0-60.

Few people ever changed their computer mixing programs to allow for the extra 2 percent. I use to change ours back and forth from 60 to 62 depending on the product in the bin. Haven't purchased any white for over 10 years. Just not available around here anymore since one wholesaler closed.
