Eastern Nebraska | sour cream raisin is the pie out here that so many seem to like... i moved about 2 and a half months ago to where I am now..... i was about 30 miles form Bloomfield for about 12 years... I love this part of Nebraska reminds me of Ohio where I am originally from..... I often thought about a business also that caterd to farmers int he field during planting and harvesting... so much could be done with alittle capital and the desire... my next career will be in food service.... I have been an urse for over 20 years and am in my 5th year of teaching sped... i like simple, hearty, healthy meals.... can be done without sacrificing the taste.... I will have to google to see if I can find the lumpia wrappers if Raquel will give up the recipe... i can taste them everytine i think about them..... | |
