Eastern Nebraska | meatball subs... i make these and the kids love them... i make my own meatballs in large batches and put in the freezer or you can buy them already made.. in the morning put them in the crockpot and pour a can of spahgetti sauce over them, slice in an onion thin, and cook on high for a couple of hours.... i like the homemade type hoagie rolls form Wallyworld or a good hotdog bun works also.... put hte meatballs on and a little sauce and add some m***arella cheese on top... can be held in a napkin or piece of foil to eat... | |
