Greenfield, Il
Have to tell you a quick cute story. I was custom cutting wheat years ago on a remote farm in Illinois for a family who lived several miles away. I was by myself with a couple semi trucks parked close for me to fill. Nothing to eat for lunch as happens now and then in farmin, so I resigned to go hungry for the afternoon. Then about 1:30pm here comes the teen daughter of my employing farmer. She had remembered me out there and made me a beautiful plate of food off their dinner table. A huge slab of meatloaf, a double big scoop of mashed potatos, peas and butter roll. However the silverware had been forgotten. Glad I had the tool box in the cab. Even though it took much longer, I enjoyed that meal that day using my medium size screwdriver to eat with. Really is a fond memory but wouldn't want to have to do it again. Thanks
