Judythe, the sides of the skillet are still oily and there is oily film covering the bottom. Not dried out at all. The ketchup pretty much stayed on top where I left it. Most of the beer must have evaporated.

Although it is thoroughly cooked, I think as moist as it is it wouldn't hurt this meatloaf to put it back in for another hour or so at 250.
