| Last fall, our 12 row 38" broke a shaft the day Gustav hit so I borrowed a neighbor's 8 row to finish about 30 acres we had left. Our 9860 we had at the time could go as fast with it as you could get the header to feed. In really good corn you'll probably be able to fill it up okay but in anything under that you'll feel like your combine is overkill. I really like our new Gerringhoff 12 row 38". | |
