I agree. Give the young guy a chance to farm it if you think he’ll take care of it even if he cant offer as much as a few of the big dogs. CRP is a joke since they changed it from nice grasses to this “wildflower” bs.. it’s full of nasty weeds around here and that’s about it. hay it or pasture it if you don’t wanna farm it.
