southwestern illinois | nice project! do you have any idea how much all of those projects mentioned cost? i would come up with a plan budget minded and attack the higher paying improvements first. yes, obviously the pattern tiled lower land would be priority and then the terraces and waterways above that. i will also agree that that the younger tenant will be the key to make this work. good luck | |
