Have a lot of miles on 4.10's, 4 door long box. 17-18 L/100 = 13 mpg empty all its life - until I put air bags in it and raised the rear end a bit and then it gained a bit mileage.

and 30 L/100 = 7.8 mpg loaded is what I base all my hauling quotes on and it usually covers it. I get near 9.5-10 mpg with an empty 32 foot goose.

10s of 1000's of miles to base this on.
