NE Montana
I work for a local telco and have had 2 gm 6.0 gassers, a 2011 and 2018. I have put on over 225,000 miles combined, both extended cab configurations, 2018 had the quad cab. With a fiberglass service body fairly loaded with tools, ladders and supplies, 10 is the average mpg. They do get a fair amount of idle time in the colder months, both have the 4.10 rear ends. I usually drive 70-74 on the highway and 50 plus on good gravel roads. I just changed jobs within the company and now drive a 2021 F250 with the 6.2 and man I miss the GM trucks. Better in cab storage, ride and overall comfort with the GM product.

Edit. The telco company typically only orders 4.10 rear ends in the GM product when the 6.0 was available. Not sure what in the Ford pickups.
