As a beginning engineer in 2005, I was kind of surprised that the biggest reason everybody wanted to hire me was because I had a little bit of farm background. I also had spent some time as a maintenance engineer at a factory for 2 summers, and worked as a machinist in college, and construction in high school.
If I quit farming. Think I’d just go into the custom hay business. But yea I could have a $100k+ job in a few minutes.
Few years of custom hay business would sure cure you . Oddly everyone you bale for is an expert on baling hay:}.
Always wondered why they did just get themselves a line of hay equipment and do it ,lol
