Central Nebraska | While I'll agree that a college education will usually help someone land a job they otherwise wouldn't, the ever rising cost of such schooling makes the payoff take a lot longer than it did 20+ years ago. There are a lot more places that focus more on experience and specialized skills than before as well. Education from top tp bottom has changed considerably in the last 20+ years as have worker and employer expectations. | |
