SE IL | You might be spot on……BUT some of this inflation isn’t going the other way. The genie is already out of the bottle. Will labor go down? Raw materials will some for sure as demand slows. The land sales aren’t much crazier than the gross returns from that land the last few years. 250bpa times $6 corn is $1500/acre. That’s half what ground was selling for here 15 years ago. Guessing no one saw that coming either. | |
