Boone adds a ton to this board.
Coupe is great because he gets real discussion going.
Some guys need to quit trying to prove someone wrong and think about how he might be right.
It’s very possible for Boone and Coupe to argue all day and both be “right”.
Add in the returns on land bought 30 years ago and you should easily hit 30x.
NDSU ag Econ professor was telling us in the 80’s to only rent. Really bad advice. But hindsight….
