SE IL | Someone without debt and has cash is in the drivers seat. Off farm income actually allows a young guy a shot at getting started where as right now unless it’s a Dr or Lawyer pay it won’t put a dent in equipment or land purchases. For the last 30 years financial policy has rewarded those who borrowed as much as possible. Is it time the more conservative folk got rewarded for not spending like a drunken sailor? Most Americans are in the spend it all and then some category and it’s why our government has the spending problem it does. I have no idea how it plays out. | |
