Guess I will worry about deflation when it happens. Thinking about the 80’s kept a lot of farms to small to be viable for the next generation.

Small farms grew slow because they paid there bills...Mid sized farms that were in debt,got auctioned off by the lenders/sheriff...The big wheels that bought land for stupid high prices in the late seventies hired good lawyers had huge write downs and paid back penny's on the dallor and kept the land. That how the eighties went here...
