NW Missouri | Dad tried the good feet store stuff. Said they helped for a little while but definitely weren't worth what they cost.
I got my flat feet from him. I wear plantar fasciitis insoles from walmart in shoes that have good support to start with, and I get along good. If I go around the house barefoot or in flat soles, I start to have problems. For working in the basement, I'd be wearing tennis shoes with insoles at a minimum. | |
