Had terrible heel pain in my right foot late spring, early summer. After trying several home remedies, I asked the chiropractor to check that foot. I felt immediate relief from the heel all the way up calf when he adjusted it. He adjusted it a couple more times after that, but has been good since. I have really flat feet also, but they seldom bother me.
