north central Iowa, Hampton | I've only used a commercial convection oven and the convection part of my toaster oven.
On the commercial oven, I could cook a full oven of something like egg bake for Easter Breakfast and have it all come out evenly done in slightly less time than cooking just a couple pans in the middle rack of the conventional oven.
On the toaster oven, I'd say it speeds up cooking tater tots and the like and they get nice an crisp.
