Anything you want crispy, use air fry. Like breaded fish, french fries, Mozzarella sticks, onion rings, most things frozen.
Our little 3 way microwave, air fry, convection = convection does a good job cooking things faster like roast, pot roast. I love it for chicken pot roast. Not so much baking but meats, potatoes, Frozen pot pie etc. Cuts off about 1/3 the time of regular roasting. Browns better than regular roasting with the added air movement....James
