Magnesium glycinate is good to take every night, and sprinkle some NO SALT on your food for the potassium, and some Redmonds Real Salt too.

Electrolyte drops can help too.

Good luck!!! I have them now and then too, and they are terrible, but your body will eventually regulate itself and they lessen or go away.
