Do you run the rotary narrow across standing stalks? We have a Philips rotary harrow but never would have thought to run in standing stalks as I think it would plug pretty good. We have used it last couple years to level out soybean stubble after hog manure and many years of no till. It was a disaster on some fields with the fluffing up of residue and than the wind we have had.
