| We normally don't no-till UT due to a wet fall last year we had ~ 300 ac of corn stalks we planned to no-till beans into.No issues on the black grid tiled ground but once we got into clay 5imber soils we couldn't close the slots. Finally gave up & run our 330 foo-foo disc over it fairly deep than next day came back & worked it with a soil finisher. Ended up with a pretty decent seed bed to plant into. Didn't hurt that an hour after we finished planting got 1/2" of rain over a 2 hr period. | |
