As I see it there may be more issues than what was discussed here.

The whole rest of the circle is impacted from this one small corner. Cutting it off that short may impact his other corners and non corners. Maybe moving the center point by that much might help or hurt all the rest. I have seen pivots off set accidently that runs too far one side and too close the other.

Also those valves would have to be just that corner, if it shut off all four sides would not be right either. A seperate shutoff for those sprinklers is needed.

If the end gun is washing the road SOMETHING needs done anyway. Liability issues are horrendous if left that way. Easiest is if they have room on other two sides and moving the center is a once and done solution.
