| Had one go in little over year ago now. Lawyer said negotiate a good deal and that's about all you can do. If they do go across your land keep and eye on them and make sure they follow contract. We had very bad experience with them. Minnesota limited installed the pipe and did what they wanted no matter who we talked to. This will be second year of not planting over the pipe because we are still trying to get them to restore it like the contract said. They admit they have a problem but want to pay us a small amount and sweep it under the table. We don't want money just want it done right. Could go on and on about problems but not going to do any good so keep and eye on them but that did us no good either. Good luck if they do go across your land.
