I dont want or need high asset values..Today my farm would probably sell for over $5,000 per acre which because of cheap interest is twice what its actually worth...When I was a kid Dad bought part of it for $125 per acre at 3% interest..I then bought part of it for $1,000 per acre about 20 years ago with cash that I and the wife had saved up.
Increasing interest rate to stop inflation????
