Subject: RE: HVAC water valve servo

1-- evaporator core temperature sensor out-of-range too warm( no code)
2-- return air temp sensor out-of-range cold (no code)
3-- intermittent wiring contact between HVAC module and cab interior harness (no code)
4-- intermittent open contact/wire between HVAC module and compressor clutch (no code)
5--dirty evaporator core freezing up.. restricts air flow until the ice is melted off... (no code)
Your dealer should have access to a 19-page service bulletin, showing in great detail how to test every component of this HVAC system. The "intermittents" are the hardest... seems like they are always working when the service tech shows up.
