Nash County, NC		My favorite example is my shower was dripping when cut off. Research suggested less than $5 in O-rings would solve it.

Well, I broke the fitting using too much force, had to cut hole in wall to fix, water heater split when water was turned back on the house.

Budgeted $5, spent $2500. But did end up with tankless water heater!!
