I call 50/50 on that. There's some things that are a real PITA to cook that I'd rather have somebody else do, but there is also some major satisfaction from spending hours barbecuing a pork shoulder or ribs or a rotisserie chicken or a brisket, or zorching a pizza in two minutes in the wood fired oven we built. |
