Wife cooks about 95 percent of the time. Where we eat mostly meat with only a few low carb vegetables, very few restaurants cater to our needs.

We can usually do pretty well at BBQ joints as most sell meat by the pound which is usually what we do. Some steak houses have low carb sides that work for us.

I need about a pound of meat to begin to fill me, which can get expensive eating out.
